Right Click Institute of Computer Sciences Kupwara maintains a strict NO REFUND POLICY for all payments made to the institute. This policy applies uniformly and without exception to all types of fees, including but not limited to:

- Admission/Registration Fees

- Security Deposits

- Tuition Fees (full or partial)

- Examination Fees

- Course Material Fees

- Any other fees or charges associated with enrollment or course participation

2. Acknowledgment of Policy

By completing any payment transaction with Right Click Institute of Computer Sciences Kupwara, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree that:

- All payments are final and non-refundable.

- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Change of mind or personal circumstances

- Schedule conflicts

- Dissatisfaction with course content

- Inability to attend classes

- Relocation or personal emergencies

- Technical issues on user's end

- Early course withdrawal or discontinuation

3. Transfer Policy (Limited Circumstances

While refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, the institute may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider requests for:

- Course Transfer: Transferring to a different batch or course (subject to availability and administrative charges)

- Fee Credit: Applying paid fees toward a future course (subject to terms and time limitations)

Any such consideration is not a right but a discretionary accommodation and may involve additional administrative fees.

4. Institute-Initiated Cancellation

In the extremely unlikely event that Right Click Institute cancels a course before its commencement due to reasons solely attributable to the institute, students will be offered the following options (at the institute's discretion):

- Transfer to another available course

- Credit for future courses

- Note: This does not constitute a refund of fees paid.

5. Payment Responsibility

Students are responsible for ensuring they:

- Understand the course requirements before payment

- Have reviewed the schedule and commitment

- Have the necessary prerequisites and technical requirements

- Are making an informed decision to enroll

6. Agreement

By proceeding with any payment, you confirm that:

- You have read, understood, and accepted this No Refund Policy

- You will not request, dispute, or chargeback any payments

- You accept all financial responsibility for your enrollment decision
